Booking & Payment
We accept bank transfers (local and international), Western Union, and cash payments on arrival. For international clients, we also accept payments via Wise (TransferWise). A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before departure.
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations 15–29 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Planning & Logistics
Our head office is based in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan — the gateway to the world’s highest mountain ranges. We also have branch offices in Islamabad and Dubai to better serve our local and international clients.
For cultural tours and sightseeing packages, there are no strict age restrictions — families with children are welcome. For high-altitude treks and expeditions, participants should be at least 18 years old and in good physical health. Some technical climbs may require prior mountaineering experience. Please consult with our team before booking.
Wi-Fi is available in most hotels in Skardu and major towns. However, once you venture into remote valleys and high-altitude areas, connectivity becomes very limited or non-existent. We recommend purchasing a local SIM card (Jazz or Zong) for better coverage in populated areas. We consider the digital detox part of the adventure!
